A. No, just affected units which display the error.

Q. Is return for repair or replacement mandatory?

A. The units which display the error is mandatory to return for repair or replacement.

Q. Can the user continue to use the AAD is it does not display the error?

A. User can continue to use the AAD as long as it doesn't display the error.
We recommend during the winter break or when your reserve is being repacked that you send the unit to us to be checked.
